Role of Costides
Costides operates the storefront, loyalty, and referral surfaces. Accepted orders ship from our US warehouse. Title and risk follow the shipment terms presented at checkout.
Attestation
Checkout cannot be completed until you check the RUO attestation. False attestation is a material breach. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear intended for clinical, compounding, or consumer-use channels.
No professional advice

Limitation

Returns and replacements
Costides does not offer cash refunds. Lost or damaged shipments may be eligible for a reship or store credit under the published return policy. Buyer-remorse returns are not accepted.
